We will offer a full refund (including any delivery charges) if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. If you change your mind and the goods are unused, you may return the item for a refund, less delivery charges (if any).

You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the case of crisps, we only accept returns of unopened cases.
Any item you wish to return must be in its original packaging. You must retain and provide us with proof of purchase (such as your receipt) when returning any goods.
Refunds and replacements
In accordance with this policy and your statutory rights, we will offer a full refund or replacement item to you if your item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or send you a replacement item.
We will process your refund or replacement within 14 days of determining eligibility for same. The actual time it takes for you to receive a refund may also depend on your card issuer’s policies.

You have the right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations. This means that you may cancel your order until 14 calendar days after the item/s have been delivered to you (starting on the day after delivery to you).

If you are shipping items to us, we recommend you track your item to ensure it is safely delivered to us. We will not be responsible for any items that are not received by us.
